1. You no longer need to register as a customer before you can start purchasing from RANDOLPH
As from now you can make your pick and save some time by going directly to check-out!
IMPORTANT- For those of you who already created an account and want to go to check-out, you need to use another mail-address as your previous used mail-address is connected to your account.
2. We can now offer our customers two new payment options:
KLARNA Invoice - see the goods first and make the payment later. We have also simplified online shopping even more; with Klarna you only need your personal identification number to start shopping.
KLARNA Account - see the goods first and make the payment later, but choose how much you want to pay each month. With Klarna there is no need to fill out complicated forms or registrations to log on; you can shop with just your government identification number.
PLEASE NOTE - You can still choose to register an account by clicking the box "Save my details" at check-out. The information is only used by RANDOLPH and is protected under the Swedish Personal Data Protection Act (PUL). We reserve the right to accept orders only from customers over 18.
Return Policy
As an Internet customer, you have the right to a full refund up to 14 days within Sweden according to Swedish law (KO). You can either change size or color, or receive a full refund, including shipping charges. This is on condition that the item is returned in its original and unworn condition and that all tickets are still attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, but if you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped at no extra cost.
If returned due to complaints or wrong delivery, all shipping fees are refunded together with the total purchase amount.

Pricing
The price in effect is the price indicated at the time of purchase. All prices include Swedish VAT (moms) of 25%. This applies to all EU-countries. For customers from Norway and outside Europe, the VAT will be deducted at check-out.
Shipping fees
A shipping fee will always be added to your purchase:
Within Sweden: 100 SEK.
Within EU and Norway: 200 SEK
Outside Europe: 400 SEK
Please note: RANDOLPH is not responsible for any foreign customs or duties that may be applied after shipment.

Payment options
VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard. Card-payments are made via a secure and encrypted electronic transfer. The transactions are handled by DIBS.
For Sweden we also accept KLARNA invoice, KLARNA Account.



Order Confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as the order has been placed, and the merchandise will be shipped on the next business day at the latest.
Delivery Terms
UPS will deliver the merchandise within 1-3 days directly to your door, Monday through Friday 9am – 7pm. Please note that UPS require a signature upon delivery; hence we recommend that you use your business address for deliveries.
Should you anyway choose your home address as your shipping address, you have two options:
1. You need to be available 9am-7pm to sign for the parcel or ask a neighbour to sign for you!
2. You need to leave a signed authorization on your door, stating the UPS tracking number, with permission to leave the parcel at you doorstep. If this is the case, please contact us and we will e-mail you the UPS-tracking no. when the shipment has left our warehouse!
Please make sure to state your door code at check-out.
Guarantees, exchanges and returns
Returns
Please contact us in advance regarding all returns, regardless of reason or which guarantee you wish to use, so that we are able to better assist you. Indicate your order number, which item you are returning and the reason for the return.
RANDOLPH will pay for shipping if return is due to customer complaints. In all other cases you are responsible.
We do not accept packages sent COD.
Customer Complaints
If the merchandise is defective, please contact us with a description. If the complaint is valid, you can either exchange the item or get a full refund.
RANDOLPH follows the recommendations of the Swedish Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN).
